Some major cosmetics to this beautiful Shaughnessey home. New kitchen design and finish with many unique features. A custom designed Ogio counter edge and combo of walnut and granite. Hand-made cabinet hardware. The floor was replaced. Added new Swarovski chandeliers. Redo twin guest bathrooms, powder room and main floor guest bathroom. Many more updates including new millwork in the main floor office. Outside we completed a makeover of the pool house. It was converted into a cozy recreational space with an amazing golf simulator so that you can golf no matter the weather outside. The new wall between the pool and the pool house was updated also.
