Some major cosmetic renovations of this beautiful existing Cypress Street home. We implemented a new kitchen design with finishes with many unique features. The configuration and layout has been substantially improved. All new appliances were installed including gourmet range and fridge. A new beverage appliance and oven were implemented in the custom millwork. An interior wall was removed so that the Living and Dining room were united. The fireplace and surround were updated. The staircase to the upper floor was modernized with glass and steel railings. The upstairs bedroom was updated also.  The Primary bathroom was completely redone, with new fixtures, floor and wall tiles as well as the cabinetry. the old soaker tub was replaced with a free-standing modern tub.

Some major cosmetics to this beautiful Shaughnessy home. New kitchen design was implemented with many unique features. A custom designed Ogio counter edge with a combo of walnut and granite was installed. Hand-made cabinet hardware were purchased. The floor was replaced. The client added new Swarovski chandeliers in the Dining Room and Kitchen. The twin guest bathrooms, powder room and main floor guest bathroom were updated. Many more updates including new millwork in the main floor office was installed. Outside we completed a makeover of the pool house. It was converted into a cozy recreational space with an amazing golf simulator so that you can golf no matter the weather outside. The new wall between the pool and the pool house was updated also.
